Fisrt of all it is not possible to flash a Vega 64 with a Vega 56 vbios. The boost clockrate depends on many factors among them load, temperature and power. So far it is not possible to say anything due to a lack of informations.

Hahaha, you should uninstall it... I tried to register my components trought it then i always get an error. Maybe cause i already did it on website. For sure you dont need msi register to use afterburner for example or Any msi apps like control center ...

That is the risk of mixing memory. Even two is already a gamble. If it would be a pure bios issue there would be not much to do about it also. You are at the latest bios and board is long EOL.
